User Experience in the Technology Industry

Yi-Fang Tsai, Ph.D. (Human Factors Engineer, Apple)
Prior to being a Human Factors Engineer at Apple, Yi-Fang Tsai worked with several companies in the Bay Area, taking on versatile roles as a user experience researcher, project manager, and designer with the goal of creating intuitive designs, impactful products, and making systems efficient. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from George Mason University and Bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Economics from UC San Diego.
