Please complete this form if you would like to request guest tickets for the Graduate Division Commencment Ceremony that will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 at the Merced Theatre. All requests must be submited by December 8, 2023.
**If you are a faculty member who will hood a PhD or sit with Official Party on stage during the December 15th ceremony, you will need to complete the Provost's Commencement Registration Form. This form is only used to request tickets for faculty and their guests.**
