The 2014 UC Merced Graduate School Open House is an excellent opportunity for prospective graduate students to engage with the UC Merced graduate community and learn about the academic and student life opportunities we offer.

At the Graduate School Open House, you will have the opportunity to:

- Meet world-class faculty in your interested field of study.

- Take a tour of campus.

- Find out UC Merced graduate application and academic requirements.

- Learn about UC Merced graduate student funding opportunities.

- Network with current UC Merced graduate students and staff.

- Explore the benefits of conducting research at a major research university.

- Visit state-of-the art research facilities and labs at UC Merced.

- Discover graduate student support and services available at UC Merced.

4pm – 6pm	Welcome Reception at Leo & Dottie Kolligian Library, Room 355
6pm - 8pm	Shuttle Schedule Pick up from UC Merced to Courtyard Marriott, starting at 6:05 PM**

8am – 9:05am	**Shuttle Schedule Pick up from Courtyard Marriot to UC Merced (Every 20 Minutes)
8:30am – 9:30am	Continental Breakfast at Leo & Dottie Kolligian Library, Room 355
9:30am – 10am	Welcoming Address at Leo & Dottie Kolligian Library, Room 355
10am – 11:30am	School/Graduate Groups Specific Activities School of Natural Sciences 1. Applied Mathematics 2. Physics 3. Quantitative & Systems Biology (QSB) School of Engineering 1.
