Grant and Staff Support for Faculty

Training grants: We offer expert guidance on university policies related to graduate education and postdoctoral training, ensuring that faculty members are well-informed about institutional guidelines and procedures. We can supply detailed information on interdisciplinary programs and potential collaborations, helping faculty identify and pursue cross-disciplinary opportunities. 

We will additionally provide valuable resources for developing structured mentoring plans, ensuring clear expectations and goals for both mentors and mentees.
We will extend this specialized support for training grant proposal preparation, assisting faculty in crafting compelling applications that align with funding agency requirements and institutional strengths and incorporate mentoring activities into grant proposals. 

Staff support: We are also committed to ensuring the successful execution of faculty research projectspost-award. To this effect we aim to alleviate the administrative burden associated with grant management, allowing researchers to focus more on their core work. The support is structured in flexible 25%-time increments, enabling faculty to customize the level of assistance they receive.

This effort buy-out model ensures that researchers can access skilled administrative help proportional to their needs, whether it is for a quarter of a staff member's time, or more substantial support.
